Syrah

Collier Falls

2012 Syrah du Solel, Sonoma Coast Sues Block - Collier Falls Vineyards

In 1996 Susan Collier and Carolyn Coryelle met in vitculture college and became best friends. Sue went on to grow grapes for Collier Falls and helped plant Syrah for Carolyn's Sonoma Coast vineyardon what's know today as "Sue's Block". Sue passed away from ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) in 2007 and this rich, luxurious mountain Syrah is a tribute to her. 100% of the proceeds from this wine will be donated to ALS research.

Forth Vineyards

2012 Syrah - Dry Creek Valley, Forth Vineyards

The wine opens with rich, dark plum and blackberry notes, mingled with espresso, saddle leather, smoky meats, and freshly baked bread. Fine, well-integrated tannins, a silky, supple mouth-feel, and balanced acidity make this one of our favorites to pair with winter braises and roasts as well as with savory barbecue as the weather warms. Delightful now through 2018, and then continuing to improve through 2020.

Retail Price: $28.00
Generations and Most Favorites 20% - 6 bottle Clubs: $22.40
Generations Custom, Generations and Most Favorites 25% - 12 bottle Clubs: $21.00
