2012 Cabernet Sauvignon, Dry Creek Valley - Collier Falls Vineyards
The wine is deep, dark red in color with aromas of blackberry, cinnamon and clove. This elegant, balanced and spice driven Cabernet has a very approachable palate with distinct notes of red currant and vanilla. We recommend 20-30 minutes of decanting to fully showcase its soft flavors and lingering finish of red fruit.

An elegant style wine with intense deep red color... the bouquet blends hints of cassis, fresh tobacco leaves, cacao and blackberries. The mouth is long and soft with opulent flavors of dark cherries, roasted coffee and chocolate. This is a rich and silky wine with balance, complexity and structure. 2013 Petite Sirah - Dry Creek Valley, Estate Grown - Collier Falls

Winemaker Notes: This elegant Petite Sirah displays a dark purple color with aromas of blueberry and plum. On the palate the wine shows complex layers of dark fruit with hints of white pepper spice. Soft tannins and a touch of toasty oak create a wonderful mouth feel and a silky finish.

2003 Petite Sirah 1.5 Litre (Magnum), Dry Creek Valley - Collier Falls Vineyards

This wine reflects its hillside origins, showing a very deep red intense color. Its bouquet is more subtle, with hints of white pepper and violets and a background of black currant jam. On the palate, the wine is bright with lots of liquorice, cranberry and blackberry. 2013 Primitivo, Dry Creek Valley - Collier Falls Vineyards

In the style of an Italian Amarone, this wine is not for the faint of heart! This big, rich wine begins with inviting aromas of dark black fruit and spice. Flavors of black cherry, plum and clove mingle on the palate giving the wine a complex, full-bodied structure. It finishes with a lovely balance of dark fruit flavors with hints of chocolate and oak.

2012 Syrah du Solel, Sonoma Coast Sues Block - Collier Falls Vineyards

In 1996 Susan Collier and Carolyn Coryelle met in vitculture college and became best friends. Sue went on to grow grapes for Collier Falls and helped plant Syrah for Carolyn's Sonoma Coast vineyardon what's know today as "Sue's Block". Sue passed away from ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) in 2007 and this rich, luxurious mountain Syrah is a tribute to her. 100% of the proceeds from this wine will be donated to ALS research.

2013 Zinfandel Dry Creek Valley - Collier Falls Vineyards
The wine shows striking colors of deep crimson and black. A complex bouquet offers distinct aromas of butterscotch, jelly donut and damp forrest. This is a robust, full bodied Zinfandel displaying rich flavors of strawberry and fig, with hints of eucalyptus and powdered sugar. Its long finish highlights lingering notes of cola, tobacco, charred wood and black pepper. Pairs perfectly with duck breast and wild rice.
